    How to use it

    1. Choose your PDF.
    2. Leave the target at 100 KB (or change it).
    3. Press Shrink file size and download.

    If it doesn’t reach 100 KB

    A one-page scan usually fits easily. For several pages, tick greyscale — colour is often the biggest part of a scan. If it still doesn’t fit, split the PDF and upload only the pages the form needs, or rescan at a lower resolution (150 DPI is plenty).

    Questions

    Will the document still be readable?

    Yes for normal text. Very small print in large scans can get softer at 100 KB, so check the result before you upload.
