The JNTUA certificate page
JNTUA-affiliated colleges usually use a certificate signed by the internal guide and the head of the department, with a line for the external examiner, stating that the work was done in partial fulfilment of the degree requirements.
Typical page order
Title page, certificate, declaration, acknowledgement, abstract, table of contents, list of figures and tables, then the chapters (introduction, literature survey, system analysis and design, implementation, testing, results, conclusion) and references.
