How to use it
- Choose your photo or signature.
- Enter the pixels and KB limits from your form’s instructions.
- Press Resize and download the JPG.
Pixels vs KB
Pixels are the picture’s width and height; KB is how much space the file takes. Forms often ask for both — for example 200×230 pixels and 20–50 KB. The image is resized to the exact pixels first, then saved at the best JPG quality that fits under the KB limit.
Keeping the face centred
“Fill the size, trim the edges” crops evenly from both sides so nothing is stretched. Crop your photo close to the face and shoulders first for the best result.
When the file is too small
Some forms reject files below a minimum, like 10 KB. If the image is smaller, harmless padding is added inside the file so it meets the minimum without changing the picture.
