    How to use it

    1. Choose a photo taken against a plain light wall.
    2. Keep 413 × 531 pixels and 300 DPI, or add a KB limit if a form asks.
    3. Press Resize and download; print it or upload it.

    Taking the photo

Stand a metre from a plain light wall, face the light, look straight at the camera and keep your shoulders in the frame. The face is centred and the edges are trimmed automatically.

    Printing several on one sheet

Download the photo, then use JPG to PDF with A4 pages to print it, or ask a photo shop to print 8 copies on a 4 × 6 inch sheet.

    Questions

Is this the same as a visa photo?

No. Visa photos for many countries use other sizes (such as 2 × 2 inch for the US). Check the embassy’s rules.

Can I upload it to an exam form?

Yes, but most forms want their own pixels and KB. Use the exam pages for exact presets.
