Free, no sign-up. Your files are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Create a free account for more tools and a file library.

    How to use it

    1. Choose your PDF.
    2. Keep the target at 150 KB (or change it).
    3. Press Shrink file size and download.

    Why this size

Many college and scholarship portals cap each document at 150 KB.

    If it doesn’t fit

Tick greyscale for colour scans, remove pages the form doesn’t need, or split the PDF and upload the parts. Scanning at 150 DPI instead of 300 DPI also makes a big difference.

    Questions

    Will my text stay readable?

Text and lines stay sharp; only photos and scanned images inside the PDF are made lighter.

    Is it free?

Yes, without an account. Free use is supported by ads.
