Do you keep my documents?
Results are deleted after 24 hours. Only files you choose to keep stay in your File library — or in your own S3 bucket if your organisation connects one.
Can my company sign in with its own accounts?
Yes. On paid plans an admin connects Keycloak, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or any OpenID Connect provider, and people sign in with their work account.
Does editing really change the text, or just cover it?
The editor removes the original text from the page and writes the new text in the same standard font. Text it can’t take out — inside reusable blocks, for example — is covered and re-typed, and the editor tells you which.
What can it open?
PDFs, images, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, web pages, Markdown, eBooks and saved emails. Scans can be made searchable with OCR.
What if we outgrow the Free plan?
An admin picks Pro or Enterprise under Billing and chooses the number of seats. Seats can be added at any time.
