Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy explains what information My Tools PDF (“we”, “us”) collects when you use My Tools PDF at mytoolspdf.in, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Files you upload

• Files are uploaded only so the tool you chose can process them. We do not read, share, sell or use the contents of your documents for any other purpose.
• Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• If you have an account, files you choose to save in your File library are kept until you delete them, or in your organisation’s own storage if your administrator set that up.

Information we collect

• Account details (only if you sign up): your name, email address and a securely hashed password, and your organisation’s name.
• Usage logs: which tool was used, when, and whether it worked, plus your IP address and browser type, kept for security and to fix problems.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and a reference number, never your full card or bank details.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, protect forms against misuse and let you download the results of your own files. These are needed for the site to work.

Advertising

Free use of My Tools PDF is supported by advertising from Google AdSense. Paid plans are ad-free.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info.
• Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

How long we keep information

Uploaded files: 24 hours. Account details: while your account is open, and removed when you ask us to delete it. Logs: up to 12 months.

You can use the free tools without an account. If you have an account you can update your details under Account, and ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
