By using My Tools PDF you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service
My Tools PDF provides online tools to work with PDF and image files. Free tools can be used without an account and are supported by ads. Paid plans add features and remove ads.
Your files
- You keep all rights to the files you upload. We only process them to give you the result you asked for, and delete them as described in our privacy policy.
- Only upload files you have the right to use. Don’t upload anything illegal, or use the service to remove protections from documents you are not entitled to change.
- Keep your own copies. Results are temporary and are deleted automatically.
Fair use
Don’t try to overload, break into or misuse the service, and don’t use automated scripts to send large numbers of files without an API plan. We may limit or block use that harms the service or other users.
Accuracy
We work hard to make the tools reliable, but results depend on the files you provide. Check every result before you rely on it — especially file sizes and pixel sizes required by exam and government forms, which can change. Size guides on this site are for convenience; the official notification always takes priority.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay for the period and number of seats you choose. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, My Tools PDF is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by files being rejected, delayed or lost. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may change these terms or the service. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.
