Will my photo or signature be accepted?

Check a file before you upload it. You get a green/red checklist for file type, KB, pixels, DPI, background, lighting and ink — and a one-click fix if something is wrong.

Free, no sign-up. Your files are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Create a free account for more tools and a file library.

    How to use it

    1. Pick your exam and what the file is (photo, signature…).
    2. Choose the file — or several to compare.
    3. Read the checklist. If anything is red, press “Fix it automatically”.

    What is checked

File type (JPG), file size against the KB range (including the 1000 vs 1024 bytes difference some portals use), exact or minimum pixels, DPI where the form asks for it, a plain light background and even lighting for photos, and dark, clear, well-framed ink for signatures and thumbs.

What you still need to check yourself

Whether the photo is recent, your face is clearly visible without cap or dark glasses, and the signature is in running handwriting (not capital letters) as most notifications require.

    Questions

Is the check the same as the portal’s?

It checks the published rules. Portals can add their own checks, so the official portal always has the final say.

    Do you keep my photo?

No. Files are deleted automatically after a few hours.
