How to use it

- Choose the image.
- Press Resize and download.
The declaration text
“I, (your name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” Write it in English in your own handwriting with black ink — not in capital letters.
