How to merge PDF files on your phone

Updated 6 October 2026

Many forms allow only one upload for “all documents”. You don’t need a laptop or an app to combine PDFs — your phone’s browser is enough.

Merge my PDFs Free, no sign-up. Files deleted after 24 hours.

Before you merge

  • If some documents are photos, turn them into a PDF first with JPG to PDF.
  • If any PDF is password-protected, unlock it first.
  • Rename files with numbers (1 10th, 2 12th…) so they sort in the right order.

After you merge

Check the total size. If the form has a limit such as 2 MB or 500 KB, compress the merged PDF to that size.

Step by step

  1. Open Merge PDF in your phone’s browser.
  2. Tap “Choose files” and pick all the PDFs.
  3. Drag them into the right order.
  4. Press Merge and download one PDF.
  5. Compress it if it is over the upload limit.
